Why does he only do this when I have no video capturing device handy???
So I'm sitting here on the couch writing my NaNoWriMo novel (I'm pretty much on-pace at 4,819 words--about 200 words to go to make the daily quota--thanks for asking) when I hear a strange noise coming from Simon, who is dead-to-the-world asleep next to me. Veeeerry quietly, I slipped my iBook off of my lap so I could lean forward to see Simon's head. That's when I discovered HE WAS SUCKLING IN HIS SLEEP! He's had eating dreams before where he would actually chomp in his sleep, but this is the first time he suckled like a newborn kitten and OMG it was the cutest thing evarrrrrr! Then he stopped suckling and his feet and whiskers started twitching, so he must have been playing after his "meal".
If he's going to be this cute, I may have to find another venue to write in where I'm not so distracted.
