My Ideal TV Family
When I was a little girl, I absolutely LIVED for Friday nights when The Partridge Family pulled me into the world I longed to live in. I was an only child and, because we moved a lot, I didn't have a lot of friends to hang out with. Being a painfully lonely child--and totally into music--my two greatest wishes were to have brothers and sisters and to travel around playing music all the time. The Partridge Family was my dream. Over the years, my desire to run all over the place playing music waned (stage fright poured the bucket of cold water over that fire), but I still would love to have Keith Partridge for a big brother...
