Dude, everyone on the boat could tell you were totally staring down at that woman's cleavage! The poor woman/victim; I'm not sure if she was too stunned, polite or flattered to tell you to bugger off.

Thanks to you, I am so completely addicted to strawberries w/sour cream dipped in brown sugar! But what's the proper ratio of extract:sour cream? I can't seem to get it quite right.

Just to be lazy... I'll post the link from the cooking blog I keep. I used actual amaretto in the strawberries you had at my place... I think I had to use a bit more than the 1/4 cup the recipe called for... maybe an extra tablespoon (or two!), but I don't remember. I tend to cook by instinct... I know, it's bad when someone asks how to make something.
I personally think the 1/2 teaspoon of flavored extract that the recipe calls for is too weak, maybe try 3/4 or a full teaspoon?
I'm glad you liked... it always reminded me of cheesecake, without the heft! It was always one my favorite desserts as a kid.
